We are seeking an Associate Recruiter to join our growing Denver team, working onsite in our Cherry Creek office. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career or looking to transition into recruitment, who is eager to learn, highly motivated, and interested in building expertise across multiple industries.

As an Associate Recruiter, you will support recruitment needs by sourcing, engaging, and coordinating candidates while learning the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening calls to assess skills, experience, and career goals
  • Support contract and direct hire recruitment processes across Utilities, Life Sciences, and Technology
  • Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and maintain clear communication with candidates and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assist with job postings, talent pipelines, and market research
  • Build strong candidate relationships and deliver a positive candidate experience
  • Learn and adhere to recruitment best practices, compliance standards, and company processes
