I’m partnering with a well‑established hospitality organization to identify a Corporate Recruiter who will lead company‑wide talent acquisition efforts, with a primary focus on corporate and management‑level hiring.

This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who enjoys owning the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with senior leaders, and helping build a strong, values‑driven workforce across multiple venues nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting for corporate and management roles (handling up to 25 requisitions)
• Partner with leadership and HR to identify hiring needs and manage requisitions
• Source, screen, and interview management‑level candidates
• Create and manage job postings across job boards, social platforms, and ATS (Paycom)
• Track and report recruiting KPIs, including time‑to‑fill, turnover, and retention trends
• Support standardized recruiting processes for staffing managers and hourly hiring
• Coordinate onboarding, conduct 30/60/90‑day touchpoints, and ensure a strong candidate experience
• Represent the organization at job fairs, community events, and recruiting initiatives
• Travel to venues and recruitment events as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in hospitality and/or food & beverage
• Experience recruiting corporate and management‑level roles
• Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
• ATS experience required (Paycom preferred)
• Knowledge of retention programs and hiring best practices
• Spanish‑speaking ability preferred
• Must be based near Atlanta, GA and open to travel
