Market Recruiter Job at Mister Car Wash in Minneapolis

What will you do:

• Collaborate with HR Business Partner to execute recruiting strategy.
• Work closely with and in partnership with the Director of Operations.
• Identify potential candidates for current and future openings through a wide variety of recruitment methods and strategies (e.g., networking, sourcing candidates, representing Mister at job fairs).
• Build relationships with Regional Managers and General Managers and collaborate with them to identify the unique staffing needs of each store.
• Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills while always maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
• Assist hiring managers in posting, maintaining, and promoting job openings.
• Review resumes and conduct candidate phone screenings.
• Work closely with General Managers to prepare interview and selection materials.
• Provide job search updates to hiring managers.
• Research and champion new recruitment strategies that best meet Mister’s needs.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Working knowledge of HR systems and analytical reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HR analytics and applicant tracking software.
