What Acara has to offer:

  • Compensation: $54,000–$60,000 per year + competitive commission plan

As a Recruitment Specialist at Acara Solutions, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic role that offers a blend of customer and employee services. This position presents an enriching opportunity for enthusiastic candidates to leverage their skill set while embarking on a journey of continuous learning and growth within a successful organization. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing contract employees at various client sites, and spearheading recruitment efforts for contract, contract‑to‑hire, and permanent positions across our respected client base.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive and vet job orders, securing approval from management to source, screen, interview, and present candidates to clients for consideration.
  • Exercise independent judgment and strong interviewing skills to match candidates with suitable placements.
  • Maintain performance benchmarks outlined by the company, including recruitment metrics, community networking, and candidate placement follow‑up.
  • Act as a liaison between Acara, clients, candidates, and contract employees, representing our company's values with professionalism and integrity.
  • Provide administrative oversight for contract employees and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Foster strong community relationships through active engagement, strategic networking, job fairs, and meaningful client interactions to enhance visibility and create lasting connections.
  • Retain a pool of temporary/contract employees to meet client demands.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow Recruitment Specialists to address client needs effectively.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to address and resolve escalated personnel matters.
  • Uphold high ethical standards and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • One to three years of relevant experience; experience recruiting for technical and advanced manufacturing is preferred.
  • High School Diploma.
