CALIBRE is an employee‑owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company. We are looking to hire an IT Recruiter to support engagements across the company.

The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This role requires strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends, as well as experience in full‑cycle recruiting. A key focus will be on candidates with expertise in VMware and related virtualization technologies, DevSecOps practices, full stack development, AI/ML platforms, and cloud‑native technologies, as well as individuals holding Secret and Top Secret security clearances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs, including VMware‑related roles, DevSecOps, full stack development, AI/ML engineering, and cloud‑native platforms.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Source and recruit candidates with active Secret and Top Secret clearances for sensitive IT positions.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates, especially those skilled in VMware products, DevSecOps tools (CI/CD, container security, automated compliance), full stack frameworks (JavaScript, React, Node.js, .NET), AI/ML platforms (TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS SageMaker), and cloud‑native technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Stay updated on technology trends and competitive market conditions.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of technical terminology and IT skill sets, including VMware virtualization solutions (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, NSX, etc.), DevSecOps principles, full stack development technologies, AI/ML frameworks, and cloud‑native platforms.
  • Proven experience recruiting candidates with Secret and Top Secret clearances.
  • Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for IT roles (software developers, network engineers, cybersecurity, etc.).
  • Knowledge of federal contracting and compliance requirements related to cleared positions.
