Recruiter (Entry Level)
As an entry‑level Recruiter you’ll be supported by a team of mentors and immersed in The IG Way, a cutting‑edge training program designed to accelerate your sales career.
- Review resumes from our internal database and online job boards.
- Conduct phone interviews and prepare candidates to meet hiring managers.
- Negotiate job offers to get candidates hired.
- Learn all about staffing and our services and how to sell them to current and future clients.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self‑starter and able to work independently.
- Grit and perseverance in a challenging environment.
- Positive, charismatic personality who connects well with others.
Account Manager (Mid Level)
- Work directly with hiring managers at Fortune 1,000 companies researching and targeting organizations in need of staffing services.
- Make an initial connection through networking and cold calls and become a valuable business consultant building long‑term relationships.
- Run in‑person meetings and lunches to understand hiring goals and team dynamics.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting team to fill each role with the perfect candidate.
Professional Recruiter (Senior Level)
- Identify top talent and pair those candidates with the perfect job.
- Know the experiences and career aspirations of each job seeker to match clients to consultants.
- Continue to work closely with each consultant guaranteeing a world‑class experience and offering continued support throughout their careers.
- Account for over 80% of job placements last year.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $35,600–$64,000 annually, plus $5,000 signing bonus in LTIPs.
- Upon promotion to Account Manager: up to $6,600 annually in cell allowance and commission supplement, uncapped weekly commission.
- Annual sales contests with all‑expenses paid trip to the Bahamas, LTIPs, cash bonus $7,500–$10,000.
