Spanish-Speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultant - LATAM Market (Miami, onsite)

Are you bilingual in Spanish and English and looking to kick-start a high-earning sales career in Miami?

InterEx Group is hiring ambitious Spanish-speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our growing US Team. From our Miami office, you’ll focus on building relationships across the LATAM technology market, connecting top tech talent with leading global companies.

You don’t need prior recruitment experience. What we’re looking for is drive, resilience, and a hunger to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Full, structured training will be provided.

What You’ll Do

• Learn how to run a full 360 recruitment desk (client and candidate management)- full training and support provided.
• Build and develop relationships across the LATAM technology market.
• Win new business through proactive outreach, sales calls, and networking.
• Source, interview, and qualify candidates for both contract and permanent roles.
• Work to clear weekly and monthly goals with training and ongoing support.
• Become a specialist in your niche -Data, SAP or CRM.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Spanish and English (essential).
• Ambitious, competitive, and motivated by achieving results.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Resilient, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Background in sales, business development, or customer service is a plus (not required).
