Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and connect with real estate agents who would benefit from our coaching, leads, and success-driven culture.
• Serve as an ambassador for our firm—whether through social media, networking, or personal connections.
• Guide new recruits through our onboarding process and help them start strong.
• Earn bonuses and long-term incentives as you grow our team!

Compensation

Compensation: $35,000 per year
