We are partnering with a high-profile global manufacturing organization that recently acquired a fantastic business in Orange, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company in very big growth mode and establish the HR function from the ground up.

Currently around 30 employees on-site, the team is expected to double in size next year and is projected to become a $100M+ business. This is a pivotal role for a HR Manager with broad generalist skills who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys building processes that scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead HR for the site: Be the first dedicated HR presence, setting up systems and processes for payroll, benefits, and compliance etc.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage recruiting and onboarding as the business grows rapidly.
  • Employee Engagement: Serve as the go-to resource for employees and leadership, fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Consultative Partner: Work closely with the CEO and wider leadership team across North Aerica to guide HR strategy while rolling up your sleeves to execute.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage recruiting, onboarding, and core HR operations.
  • Strong presence and consultative approach-comfortable being both strategic and hands-on.
  • Willingness to work on-site 5 days per week in Orange, CA.
