Position Summary
The HR and HRIS Coordinator is responsible for managing the annual performance review, compensation administration and other employee document administration processes through different HR systems.
Essential Position Functions
- Process different HR system data, transactions, and workflows, including but not limited to compensation, performance management, employee documents.
- Provide and/or verify information to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
- Provide customer service, technical guidance and system coaching to end users, while overseeing system processes, workflow and data administration of employee information, ensuring integrity and quality of HRIS and all other connected systems.
- Assist in participating in HR surveys as needed through outside vendors.
- Participate in occasional system implementation, testing and training related to HR systems.
- Perform regular audits of HRIS data pertaining to different HR systems.
- Perform HR systems audits, answer questions regarding data, and troubleshoot any findings.
- Create and provide standard and ad‑hoc data queries or reports as requested.
- Maintain accurate records within different HR systems by uploading appropriate documents to correct employee files.
- Maintain extreme confidentiality and security of employee data.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Take any needed HR and HR system training to understand and explain different HR system practices.
- Maintain knowledge of HR and HR system developments.
- Create and maintain desk procedures, workflow and process map documentation.
Education and Experience
Associate degree or equivalent 0 to 2 years of combined education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Compensation
Expected hourly hiring range: $23 USD – $27 USD. Salary will be based on education, experience, location and internal equity. Eligible for incentive pay under the company plan.
