HR Business Partner Job at LaSalle Network in Atlanta

Overview

Our client, a growing national chemical manufacturer with locations across the US, is looking for a skilled HR Business Partner to join their national HR team and contribute to the next chapter of their success story. This role will support three vital business units with a focus on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Apply HR guidelines and standards in daily operations while working closely with HR colleagues and organizational leaders.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle from compensation, benefits, and leave administration to performance issues, investigations, talent development, engagement, and training programs.
• Partner with leadership to implement the company’s talent strategy, including workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and succession initiatives that drive a strong performance culture.
• Develop and execute initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and overall workplace satisfaction.
• Provide managers with expert HR guidance on people matters, policies, procedures, and HR programs, offering solutions that align with best practices.
• Lead HR initiatives that foster a culture of excellence, collaboration and innovation, positioning our client as an employer of choice.
• Manage employee relations investigations as they come up.
• Assist with performance management at the plant and corporate level.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dynamic HR experience, with recruitment experience as well.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or a related industry is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Prior experience in HR COE focuses including labor relations, talent acquisition, organization & talent Management, and workforce planning.
• Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits

This position can pay up to $125,000 salary and offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k match.
