Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support all aspects of human resources for our manufacturing facility. This role will partner closely with leadership, supervisors, and employees to ensure effective HR operations in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment. The ideal candidate has a true generalist background and enjoys being involved in everything from recruiting to employee relations to compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers across the facility
  • Support full‑cycle recruiting, onboarding, and orientation
  • Administer employee benefits, leaves of absence, and HR documentation
  • Maintain HRIS records and ensure accurate reporting
  • Manage employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Support performance management, training, and development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Assist in safety program support, incident reporting, and worker’s compensation
  • Coordinate payroll changes and routine HR transactions
  • Drive employee engagement and support company culture initiatives
  • Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of HR Generalist experience; manufacturing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to build trust and work effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to thrive in a hands‑on, fast‑paced industrial environment
  • Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree desired
