  • Strategic Sourcing & Networking: Proactively source passive candidates through various online channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, professional networks, etc.). Build and nurture a rich pipeline of potential future hires to reduce time‑to‑fill for critical roles.
  • Employer Branding & Messaging: Craft compelling and accurate job descriptions and talent messaging that clearly articulate Loop AI's unique value proposition and resonate deeply with experienced professionals.
  • Process Coordination & Candidate Experience: Facilitate a seamless and positive candidate journey. This includes coordinating interview schedules, conducting initial screening assessments, providing timely communication, and serving as the candidate's main point of contact.
  • Onboarding: Work hand‑in‑hand with the hiring manager to ensure a seamless transition for new hires from offer acceptance to their first day, setting the stage for high engagement and long‑term success.
  • Employee Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures, providing guidance and support with a high degree of empathy and discretion.
  • Culture & Engagement: Help champion and embed our company culture. Assist in organizing team‑building events and initiatives that boost morale and engagement.
  • HR Operations: Assist with the administration of benefits, leave management, and maintain employee records in our HRIS.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Must have 4+ years of experience in a hybrid TA/HR Generalist role or in a hands‑on talent acquisition role with expanding HR responsibilities, preferably in a tech environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing passive candidates for highly competitive non‑tech roles.
  • Direct experience with HR fundamentals: onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy administration.
  • Demonstrable experience in crafting effective sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines.
