Expected Salary Range

$140,400 to $156,000, varying based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose of the Position

This position is a subject‑matter expert for HR Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the corporation, responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving AI‑driven processes aligned with HR and business strategies, and managing the HR Solutions Technology team.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end HR AI initiatives, defining strategy and governance, prioritizing use cases, ensuring responsible implementation, and coordinating key change management activities.
  • Lead and support HR Solutions Technology projects, including process improvement projects that are cost‑effective and meet business requirements.
  • Identify areas for improvement of service delivery, quality controls, and operational efficiency with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, continuously improving processes for end‑users.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to improve staff performance and capabilities, promoting customer service, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Maintain, improve, and automate existing reports and analyses using a sustainable methodology.
  • Develop staff in technical and soft skills.
  • Create an environment that promotes customer service, teamwork, and accountability.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM or equivalent HRIS, iCIMS Recruiting Software, vendor platforms, or ServiceNow HRSD module.
  • 3 years of experience in a managerial or similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities with a strong focus on results and customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to perform effectively in high‑pressure environments.
  • Strong business acumen with proven data analysis, statistical application, and workforce modeling skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate orally and in writing and work effectively across business units and external stakeholders.
