Manpower Group (USA) is hiring: Service Contracted Facility Janitor in San Jose

Our client, a leading organization in facility management, is seeking a Service Contracted Facility Janitor to join their team. As a Service Contracted Facility Janitor, you will be part of the maintenance and custodial support team, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all building occupants. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Service Contracted Facility Janitor

Location: San Jose, CA

Pay Range: $20.00/hr. Starting

Shift: Graveyard Monday-Friday 9:30pm-6:00am and Part Time Weekend 7:00am-5:30pm

What's the Job?

• Perform regular rounds of the building to collect garbage, sweep, and maintain grounds
• Clean and service shop floors, perimeter parking lots, loading docks, and restrooms
• Sweep, dust, vacuum, and mop floors in various areas
• Gather, sort, and dispose of rubbish, waste, and recycling materials
• Keep the building safe from spills or debris, including spill cleanup when necessary

What's Needed?

• Knowledge of standard janitorial methods, practices, tools, chemicals, and equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs solo, and 80 lbs with assistance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as scheduled
