Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Raleigh, NC, for an Executive Assistant to the President of McCollum Law, PC. In this role, the Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, maintain schedules, manage expense reports, handle calendaring tasks, and oversee daily executive operations. Responsibilities include preparing documents, assisting with organizational tasks, managing communications, and ensuring the seamless execution of executive priorities.

This individual will report directly to the Owner Principal Attorney and President, will interface with him and speak for him throughout the organization. Assist him daily and manage his calendar and handle tasks as needed. This individual will be a right hand "man" kind of person.

Qualifications

  • Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to provide top-tier executive support.
  • Experience in managing Expense Reports and handling financial documentation accurately.
  • Proficiency in Executive Support and ensuring efficient and organized operations for the President.
  • Expertise in Calendaring, schedule management, and coordination of meetings and appointments.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information discreetly.
  • Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Must be able to assist with technology.
