Our client is seeking a highly professional and discreet Executive Assistant to support a senior investment team within a wealth management environment. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordination, and communication across investment activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling for senior investment professionals, including meetings and committees
  • Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel and related logistics
  • Prepare, organize, and format confidential investment materials and reports
  • Maintain records, correspondence, and workflows within CRM and investment systems
  • Process expenses, invoices, and provide general administrative support to the investment team

Requirements

  • 5+ years of executive assistant experience within wealth management, investment management, or a family office (required)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with investment systems preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; Bachelor’s degree preferred
