What You’ll Do
- Serve as a strategic partner and primary point of coordination for the CEO, ensuring their time, priorities, and responsibilities are managed with precision and care.
- Manage complex calendars, travel, and meetings to maximize the CEO’s time and focus.
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper, handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and executive communications.
- Coordinate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to drive alignment and accountability.
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they reach the CEO.
- Support board and executive‑level meetings, including materials and logistics.
- Help keep strategic initiatives organized, tracked, and moving forward.

- Exceptional organization, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
- A passion for supporting leaders and building strong, effective operations.
