Base Pay Range

$150,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

This executive is a true powerhouse — warm, sharp, and extremely accomplished. She serves on multiple boards, holds several director/advisory roles, travels frequently, speaks publicly, and maintains a strong external presence. She’s operated at the highest levels and is very intentional about creating a healthy, respectful working dynamic with her EA.

This role is ideal for an EA with venture capital or high-level executive experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. The scope goes well beyond traditional admin support and includes:

• Complex domestic & international travel
• Board and governance support
• Managing external engagements and speaking commitments
• Supporting an executive with a significant public profile

• Schedule: Hybrid — Mondays onsite in San Mateo, remainder WFH
• Venture capital and/or financial services industry experience required
