We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the C‑Suite for a client of ours near the Galleria on a temp to hire basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, excels at managing priorities, and enjoys working across multiple departments.
Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the C‑Suite's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Review and prepare documents for completeness and quality before executive approval.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions with relevant insights.
- Represent the organization at industry events when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating effectively.
