Crow Holdings seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support its General Counsel. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, diplomatic, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. They bring executive-level polish, meticulous attention to detail, and a steady, composed presence when navigating complex and sensitive matters. This individual will demonstrate an exceptional ability to anticipate the needs of the General Counsel, operating with foresight and initiative, and consistently planning ahead to ensure seamless execution.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to the General Counsel, including proactive calendar management, prioritization of commitments, and orchestration of internal and external engagements
  • Extensive end-to-end coordination of domestic and international travel, including flight and hotel arrangements, ground transportation, activities, personalized itineraries, and visa procurement, with the ability to anticipate needs and manage time-sensitive revisions
  • Develop and refine systems, processes, and tools that enhance the General Counsel’s effectiveness and the legal department’s operational rhythm
  • Build trusted relationships across the firm to support effective information flow and alignment
  • Prepare and edit confidential documents including correspondence, presentation and report packaging (including graphics, charts and graphs) and spreadsheets
  • Ability to independently complete a high volume of tasks and projects from conception to completion
  • Prepare, submit, and track expense reports
  • Retain lists with key business contacts; handle all inbound mail, courier and overnight shipping

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership
  • High degree of professionalism with diverse groups of people, including board members, senior executives, community leaders and investors
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently with excellent judgement
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Concur, Docusign, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom and OneDrive
  • Strong research capabilities combined with exceptional resourcefulness and the ability to quickly identify solutions in complex situations
  • Proficient IT knowledge; Comfortable troubleshooting tech issues
  • Excellent time management and organization skills including the ability to prioritize, support, and anticipate manager needs with initiative and enthusiasm
  • Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion required
  • Please note this role is fully in-office at our Dallas Old Parkland Headquarters
