Director of Executive Operations – Important Role in a Private Organization

A unique and confidential opportunity has arisen for a Director of Executive Operations to work directly with the principal of an established private investment group.

This role is designed for someone who is experienced in handling the complexities and sensitivities of a one-to-one executive relationship — someone who understands the expectations, pace, and discretion required when supporting an individual of significant wealth and stature.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serving as a trusted point of coordination for a demanding executive across business, logistics, and daily priorities
• Managing complex schedules, travel (often private aviation), and highly confidential communications
• Acting as the executive’s right hand, ensuring that tasks, plans, and requests are executed with precision
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
• Exercising exceptional judgment, grace under pressure, and a polished communication style at all times

Who We’re Looking For

• Significant experience in a private family office, supporting one UHNW individual
• Strong track record of role longevity — ideally 5+ years in key positions, with stability across your career history
• Willingness to relocate to San Antonio, TX (relocation support available) — or already based nearby with a clear reason to commit long-term
• Impeccable discretion, excellent organisational ability, and an appreciation for working in a low-profile, high-integrity environment
• Someone who thrives behind the scenes, takes pride in meticulous execution, and understands the nuances of supporting a powerful, exacting leader
