Location: Lake Mary, FL (Hybrid | Travel Required)

Compensation: Starting at $120,000 - $170,000

Contract: 3-6 Month Contract | Intent to Convert to Permanent

We are seeking an experienced and discreet Personal Executive Assistant to support a high‑profile, confidential client. This unique opportunity combines executive‑level administrative responsibilities with personal support in a fast‑paced, high‑touch environment. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive and adaptable, someone who thrives in dynamic settings and handles confidential matters with absolute professionalism.

About the Role

This role blends corporate‑level executive assistance with personal support, event coordination, and high‑level travel management. You’ll act as a trusted right hand, ensuring smooth execution of both business and personal priorities. The environment is fast‑moving and ever‑changing, so flexibility and anticipation of needs are key.

This is a hybrid position based in Lake Mary, FL, with 30‑50% travel required for events, private functions and seasonal stays (including travel to Montana).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full executive and personal administrative support to a confidential client.
  • Manage complex, high‑volume calendars using TimeTree or comparable systems.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics and detailed itineraries.
  • Handle personal errands, appointments and lifestyle management tasks with the utmost discretion.
  • Support high‑profile events and private gatherings, including vendor coordination and on‑site logistics.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations and reports with precision and confidentiality.
  • Serve as liaison with internal teams, external partners and VIP clientele.
  • Maintain professional decorum in all settings and uphold client confidentiality at all times.
  • Anticipate needs, problem‑solve on the go and ensure seamless execution of plans.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting senior leaders or high‑profile clients.
  • Proven track record working under NDAs or supporting confidential clientele.
  • Exceptional communication, organization and time‑management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of discretion, professionalism and polished presentation.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for errands and local support.
  • Flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends and travel.
  • Preferred experience: Real estate, luxury services, event coordination or hospitality.

  • Immediate travel availability is preferred due to upcoming executive events and engagements.
