Executive/Personal Assistant – Rochester, MI

Harper Associates is looking for a polished, professional Executive/Personal Assistant to support a very busy entrepreneurial family in a beautiful private residence. The role involves managing a wide variety of household and personal matters such as logistics, errands, vendor coordination, schedules, gifting, dog care, travel prep, event planning, and simple meal preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily logistics and errands for the family.
  • Maintain and schedule appointments, calendars, and travel arrangements.
  • Communicate with vendors, service providers, and household staff.
  • Prepare simple meals and assist with event and party planning.
  • Handle gifting, pet care, and travel preparation to bring order and peace of mind.

Qualifications

  • Tech‑savvy (Google Suite, Trello, calendar tools, mobile apps) and solutions‑driven.
  • Exceptional organizational, detail‑oriented, and emotionally intelligent.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Prior experience managing personal/household matters for an executive or prominent family.
  • Must reside in the local metro Detroit area.

Hours & Compensation

Full‑time, 40 hours per week with occasional evenings or weekends. Mileage reimbursement, PTO, and a medical stipend are offered.

Base pay range: $80,000 – $90,000 per year.
