About The Role

The Executive Assistant will support the founder in New York, acting as the right‑hand person and a force multiplier during a period of hyper‑growth. This high‑exposure role involves interacting with investors, advisors, executives, partners, and more while managing all aspects of the founders’ professional life.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain a high‑energy, action‑oriented mindset, proactively identifying and solving problems.
  • Balance strategic planning with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with the Head of Sales and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the founder’s daily schedule, coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, and resolve conflicts.
  • Prioritize requests from direct reports, investors, and the broader team, exercising strong judgment with confidential information.
  • Coordinate logistics for speaking engagements, conferences, and special events.
  • Act as a liaison across functions to ensure efficient communication.
  • Design, scale, and own processes for the executive office, prioritizing multiple simultaneous tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Mentor and lead the admin team, establishing best practices and supporting career growth.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks such as business travel, expense processing, and meeting coordination.
  • Anticipate needs and assemble the right team to resolve issues proactively.
  • Build trust and rapport quickly with the Head of Sales and influence when necessary.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of work experience, including at least 2 years directly supporting executives.
  • Resident in New York City, with an in‑person culture that requires daily on‑site presence.
  • Integrity and trustworthiness, handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Adaptable, friendly, and hustling mindset in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Creative problem‑solver who can devise novel solutions.
  • Strategic thinker focused on scaling performance and automation.

Compensation

Base salary range: $120,000 – $175,000 annually, plus equity and comprehensive benefits. Compensation also includes 401(k), unlimited flexible time off, and other company perks.
