Eligibility

Who You Are

The Executive Assistant II provides advanced professional support to the Customer Care Division Director. You are a critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment with experience supporting executive leadership. A self-starter with exceptional communication skills, you are detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative. You excel at problem solving, multi-tasking, and adapting to changing priorities. Work involves coordinating or overseeing high-level administrative operations of a division. May supervise the work of others. Works under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment.

What You Will Do

The Executive Assistant II performs advanced (senior level) professional assistance work for an executive. Work involves overseeing high-level administrative operations of an agency or division. May plan, assign, and/or supervise the work of others. Works under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Iyou Will Be Trusted To

  • Provide administrative and technical assistance for the Customer Care Division Director.
  • Communicate and advise on administrative matters, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate with executives, agencies, and organizations.
  • Arrange and manage all travel.
  • Interpret policies and make administrative decisions as appropriate.
  • Conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and develop visualizations to support division objectives.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Assist the director with human resource management actions.
  • Perform related work as assigned.

You Qualify With

  • Six years of full-time experience in a responsible position which provided thorough knowledge of agency programs and services; business management practices, clerical administration, and procedures; or experience in organizing and coordinating support services or program operations which included analyzing work problems and interpreting complex policies and procedures.
  • Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and leadership is important for ensuring smooth collaboration and support.
  • The ability to prioritize and stay on top of various tasks simultaneously is critical.
  • Being proactive and anticipating the needs of the executive or team members before they arise demonstrates foresight and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable ensures smooth operations despite last-minute changes.
