firstPRO, Inc is hiring: Accounting Manager in Kennett Square

Fast growing company in Chester County, PA is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. This is a newly created role, reporting to the Controller, who is fantastic. This will be a very visible role with a lot of reporting to executives.

Base Pay Range

$125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations; responsible for month, quarter, and year end close accounting.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, including commentary and related analysis.
• Prepare financial reports for senior leadership.
• Conduct analysis of pertinent financial data.
• Provide technical accounting guidance and insight for any accounting issues.
• Be involved in continuous evaluation and improvement of accounting processes and procedures.
• Ad-hoc projects.

Experience Requirements

• BS in Accounting, Finance, or similar
• 4+ years of overall accounting experience
• Experience with inventory accounting strongly preferred
• CPA strongly preferred
