Position: Building Secretary (High School). Mt. Morris Consolidated Schools – Elizabeth Ann Johnson High School.

Position Type: Secretarial/Clerical.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college background preferred.
• Excellent Synergy and Windows skills (Office Suite, Word, Excel), Google Suite, and other office computer software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with general office duties including filing, data entry, and record keeping preferred.
• Ability to maintain a professional rapport with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the community.
• Other qualifications as deemed appropriate by the Mt. Morris Board of Education and Administration.

Essential Duties

• Assist with student information and reports as needed.
• Demonstrate professional behavior and respect for confidentiality in the workplace.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
