Legal Assistant/Secretary

Well established Santa Ana civil litigation law firm seeks a Legal Assistant/Secretary with 5+ years of relevant experience. Requires trial preparation experience as well as e‑Filing in State & Federal courts. Ideal candidate will possess a positive can‑do attitude and the ability to multi‑task. Software experience with Word, Essential Forms, Worlddox, CourtCall, and AR/Collections experience. Will provide key administrative support to the Sr. Partner and an Associate. The position is onsite full time M-F 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Trial preparation (including e‑filing in State & Federal courts)
• Provide key administrative support to the Sr. Partner and an Associate
• Multi‑task and maintain a positive can‑do attitude

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Word, Essential Forms, Worlddox, CourtCall, and AR/Collections
• Experience with e‑filing in State & Federal courts
