Qualifications
- MA in teaching ASL or equivalent Deaf-related field
- Demonstrated fluency in expressive and receptive ASL
- Experience in teaching ASL 001, 002, 003 using the materials of the Hofstra ASL curriculum, Signing Naturally; Smith, Lentz, Mikos, 2008 edition
- Proof of ongoing professional development
- Knowledge of Deaf history and culture and experience in the Deaf community
