As a Security Officer - Bank Lobby Patrols in Lewisville, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as financial institutions. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, deterring security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and communication. • Thu 08:30 AM – 08:30 PM
• Sat 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
• Sun 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the location and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs during patrols.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address security‑related concerns and provide assistance as needed.
• Complete required documentation and logs related to patrols, incidents, and security-related activities.
• Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols and procedures to support a secure environment for financial institution operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicant will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicant will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
