Reporting to the Cybersecurity SDM, you support our operations team responsible for managing the Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform for one of Capgemini’s key clients in Belgium. You will act as the technical authority for IAM solutions, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant identity services across the organization.* Proven experience as an IAM Technical Lead or similar role in large-scale enterprise environments.* Solid understanding of identity governance, privileged access management, and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).* Strong expertise in AD, Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk, and BeyondTrust.* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.* Strong leadership and communication skills.* Ability to manage priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.* Collaborative mindset with a focus on knowledge sharing and team development.* GxP Compliance Impact on IAM## **YOUR ROLE*** Collaborate with delivery teams (Transformation & Run Team), IAM architects, and IAM stakeholders to ensure the right level of expertise and processes for our operations team.* Advise the customer on best practices and market trends* Participate to the technical design, implementation, and maintenance of IAM solutions within the client’s environment.* Provide expert guidance on IAM technologies, ensuring alignment with security best practices and compliance requirements.* Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM-related issues across multiple platforms.* Drive automation and process improvements for identity lifecycle management.* Mentor and support team members on IAM technologies and practices.* Core Services: Active Directory DS & CS* Identity Fabric : Microsoft Entra ID (Azure ID), Sali Point Identity IQ* Privileged Users: CyberArk Provileged Access Management, BeyondTrust* At Capgemini Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where we offer you can work 70% from home, we also offer our flex abroad program.
