About The Role

As an Operations Associate at sunday, you’ll support our US Operations team to deliver a best‑in‑class experience for restaurateurs. Once a restaurant partners with us, you’ll help bring everything to life—working behind the scenes with Sales and Operations to complete critical onboarding tasks and ensure a smooth, timely launch. With thousands of restaurants in the mix, we operate in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. If you’re detail‑oriented, enjoy checking things off a list, and love collaborating across teams, we’d love to meet you. You’ll report to the Senior Operations Manager and collaborate daily with teammates in Atlanta, Chicago, New York, London, Paris, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Support key onboarding steps such as account configuration, QR code design and ordering, and menu setup.
• Coordinate with Account Executives, Operations Managers and the internal design team to keep things running smoothly.
• Partner with our external QR code vendor to manage the design and production process for our core Digital Bill product.
• Assist with special projects, ad‑hoc audits and general data hygiene to ensure clean, accurate records across systems.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve our processes and reduce the time from signed deal to restaurant launch.

About You

• Based in Atlanta.
• Have 0–2 years of experience in support, customer success or operations—ideally at a startup, in the hospitality/food industry or in professional services.
• Highly organized and comfortable navigating spreadsheets, trackers and CRM systems.
• Structured thinker with project‑management skills: reliable, detail‑oriented and a clear communicator across teams.
• Owner mentality and a desire to grow with the team.
• Energetic about scaling a startup and ready to roll up your sleeves to build something great.
• [Preferred] 1+ year in the hospitality industry as a server or manager.
