Global Sales Operations Manager | Optimizing Sales Tools & Strategy for High-Performing Consultants

Base pay range

$115,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of major transportation infrastructure projects.
• Oversee roadway design, traffic engineering, corridor modeling, and safety improvements.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

Technical Oversight

• Review and approve engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with GDOT standards, AASHTO guidelines, and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical guidance on pavement design, drainage systems, utility coordination, and erosion control.

Team & Stakeholder Coordination

• Supervise junior engineers and consultants.
• Coordinate with local governments, MPOs, and federal agencies.
• Represent the department in public meetings and technical committees.

Quality Assurance & Innovation

• Conduct QA/QC reviews and implement process improvements.
• Utilize advanced engineering software (e.g., MicroStation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD Civil 3D).
• Stay current with emerging transportation technologies and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum 8-10 years of transportation engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of GDOT Plan Development Process (PDP).
• Proficiency in project management and engineering software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
