RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Provides exemplary customer service to all residents, proactively solving issues and creating a warm environment.

  • Abides by federal fair housing standards and all applicable laws.

  • Develops professional skills, seeking continual growth and learning from mistakes.

  • Embodies company policies and procedures in all interactions.

  • Greets residents, cleans and maintains a neat office, and serves as a point of contact.

  • Completes prospective resident tours, showcasing the property with pride.

  • Drives property performance by participating in resident events, marketing the property, and focusing on resident retention.

  • Performs all other duties as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS



  • Effectively manage the community’s reputation via social media, direct communication, and marketing.

  • Be the primary communicator to prospects, residents, vendors, and your market.

  • Constantly learn and search for ways to improve traffic, leasing, and total income.

  • Work with passion, take pride, and offer helpful solutions.

  • Possess great energy, enjoy challenges, and set and reach new goals.

  • Work alongside the Community Director to achieve property goals.



EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE



  • 1 year of multi‑family property management experience preferred.

  • Previous leasing experience preferred.

  • Customer experience specialists or related fields encouraged to apply.

  • Previous experience working with a team to meet success.



PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT



  • Frequently sit, stand, and walk.

  • Regularly required to talk or hear.

  • Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.

  • Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

  • Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

  • Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate, though the ability to withstand seasonal cold and heat of the outdoors is necessary.



TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS



  • Travel up to 5% of the time.
