Position Summary

As a Procedural Specialist, you will promote BD products to customers and potential customers through clinical support and education within a defined geographic area. You will work closely with the Regional Manager and support endovascular procedures.

Essential / Key Job Responsibilities

• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and staff on BDPI products through case support, in-servicing, and external education programs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, hospitals, and physicians.
• Obtain new users and applications for BDPI products and services.
• Observe and report market trends affecting BDPI sales, service, and product development.
• Represent BDPI in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Process customer complaints and returns.
• Maintain company automobile and property.
• Complete and process BDPI reports including procedural reports, expense reports, product tracking, and complaint reports.
• Support endovascular procedures in vacant territories assigned by the District Manager.

Required Qualifications

• Product knowledge of BDPI products and surgical/endovascular procedure knowledge.
• Basic anatomy and medical/surgical terminology.
• Associates Degree or B.S. in Nursing, Cardiovascular, Radiology, Vascular Surgery or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in operating room, interventional radiology lab, or cardiac catheterization lab.
• Current credentialing or certification in respective clinical discipline.
• Advanced knowledge of vascular access management, vascular surgery, and endovascular medicine.
• Strong time‑management and prioritization skills.
• Self‑motivated with minimal supervision.
• Frequent travel required.

Physical Demands

• Stand, walk, sit, use sight, and use hands to manipulate tools and equipment.
• Verbal communication with associates.
• Reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally.

Work Environment

• Open cubicle environment.
• Team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
