Position Summary
As a Procedural Specialist, you will promote BD products to customers and potential customers through clinical support and education within a defined geographic area. You will work closely with the Regional Manager and support endovascular procedures.
Essential / Key Job Responsibilities
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and staff on BDPI products through case support, in-servicing, and external education programs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, hospitals, and physicians.
- Obtain new users and applications for BDPI products and services.
- Observe and report market trends affecting BDPI sales, service, and product development.
- Represent BDPI in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Process customer complaints and returns.
- Maintain company automobile and property.
- Complete and process BDPI reports including procedural reports, expense reports, product tracking, and complaint reports.
- Support endovascular procedures in vacant territories assigned by the District Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Product knowledge of BDPI products and surgical/endovascular procedure knowledge.
- Basic anatomy and medical/surgical terminology.
- Associates Degree or B.S. in Nursing, Cardiovascular, Radiology, Vascular Surgery or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5 years experience in operating room, interventional radiology lab, or cardiac catheterization lab.
- Current credentialing or certification in respective clinical discipline.
- Advanced knowledge of vascular access management, vascular surgery, and endovascular medicine.
- Strong time‑management and prioritization skills.
- Self‑motivated with minimal supervision.
- Frequent travel required.
Physical Demands
- Stand, walk, sit, use sight, and use hands to manipulate tools and equipment.
- Verbal communication with associates.
- Reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally.

- Open cubicle environment.
- Team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
