Job Description: As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service, ensuring that each guest leaves with unforgettable memories.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee ordering and receiving supplies.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Analyze financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost control measures.
• Plan and coordinate special events and promotions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
