Responsibilities

• Ensure excellence in guest satisfaction with a “Do Whatever It Takes” attitude, leading by example.
• Utilize leadership skills to motivate staff, enforce cost control and labor management.
• Inspect the establishment and observe workers and guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health, safety standards and liquor regulations.
• Maintain accurate paperwork including daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of full‑service, high‑volume restaurant management experience.
• Extensive front‑of‑house knowledge; advanced knowledge of financial aspects.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Stable and progressive work history with a strong work ethic.

Pay Range

USD $62,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year.
