What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, and develop a high‑performing team
• Deliver fast, friendly, accurate guest service
• Manage daily operations, labor, inventory & cash
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness & food safety compliance
• Drive sales, meet KPIs, and control costs
• Support marketing promotions & new product rollouts

Skills

• Ability to be flexible with working hours and weekend day/s are required.
• High School diploma, or equivalent.
• Transportation to work, banking if needed, attend all meetings and training as required.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and stand for a period of up to 6 hours at a time.
• Proficient in English.
• At least 2 years of management experience, and experience working in the restaurant or retail industry.
