What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and develop a high‑performing team
- Deliver fast, friendly, accurate guest service
- Manage daily operations, labor, inventory & cash
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness & food safety compliance
- Drive sales, meet KPIs, and control costs
- Support marketing promotions & new product rollouts

Skills
- Ability to be flexible with working hours and weekend day/s are required.
- High School diploma, or equivalent.
- Transportation to work, banking if needed, attend all meetings and training as required.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and stand for a period of up to 6 hours at a time.
- Proficient in English.
- At least 2 years of management experience, and experience working in the restaurant or retail industry.
