Overview

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the designated Food and Beverage Outlet team, ensuring guest satisfaction and optimum performance.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist the manager with leading and supervising the outlet team.
  • Ensure supplies are properly stocked and assist with ordering supplies as necessary; coordinate inventory control.
  • Utilize labor management tools to schedule and control labor costs.
  • Assist manager with new hire and termination paperwork.
  • Participate in staff meetings and agenda.
  • Report any needed repair immediately to Maintenance using correct procedures.
  • Ensure proper bookkeeping and resort policies are followed.
  • Responsible for daily reports and manager log book entries; perform restaurant staff duties as necessary.
  • Maintain a safe and pleasant work environment.
