Overview

Position: Clinical Social Worker (YouthConnect) at Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston.

As a YouthConnect Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in our holistic approach to comprehensive youth services. You will work in collaboration with a team of social workers to engage with families in a confidential, voluntary, and free capacity. Our clinical framework meets youth where they are, providing support at a pace that suits their individual needs.

Upon police referral, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and reaching out to youth and families. Approximately 85% of the families we contact choose to pursue our services, which are organized into three tiers: Therapy Services, Clinical Case Management, and Resource Coordination. This tiered approach empowers families to define and pursue their goals, ensuring a customized and effective intervention.
