Production Manager

As the Production Manager at Cornerstone Building Brands you will plan and direct plant operations, manage staff activities, and ensure quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively review and implement process improvements to increase productivity.
• Prepare and distribute production schedules and reports.
• Ensure product quality and implement QC programs with vendors.
• Maintain safety compliance, administer training, and monitor associate activities.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and schedule equipment downtime.
• Develop and lead group leaders and associates.
• Manage budgeting and financial performance standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 5+ years of production management experience, managing 50+ associates.
• Strong maintenance background and Lean Manufacturing record.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to forecast production requirements and organize workload.
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing, customer service, and distribution.
• Demonstrated leadership, training, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Financial analysis and forecasting experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.
• APICS certification a plus.
• Minimal travel (<10%).

Salary & Benefits

US salary range: $115,000–130,000 plus bonus, medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1, 401(k) and PTO.
