Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

At Pair of Thieves, we make the world’s most comfortable socks, underwear, and basics — and we’re looking for a Production Analyst who can make our numbers look just as good as our product does on shelf.

This isn’t your average spreadsheet gig. We’re after someone who lives in Excel — pivot tables, formulas, macros, the works — and can turn chaos into clarity. You’ll help us keep production on track across multiple factories, vendors, and product lines, building smart tools and reports that keep everything (and everyone) moving on time.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain dynamic Excel trackers for WIP, vendor capacity, and delivery timelines.
• Analyze costs, lead times, and forecasts to keep production humming smoothly.
• Partner with Production, Planning, and Finance to align data and decisions.
• Automate the boring stuff and find ways to make our processes smarter and faster.

What You Bring

• Advanced Excel skills — pivot tables, INDEX-MATCH, nested formulas, macros, all of it.
• 3–5 years in production, operations, or supply chain analysis (apparel or CPG = major plus).
• A love of clean data, organized chaos, and spreadsheets that actually make sense.
• Curiosity, collaboration, and a sense of humor (we’re a fun bunch).
