About the Role
We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to support FLORA’s brand, creative, and content engine — a hybrid generalist who can jump between video editing, asset organization, production logistics, comms, and cross‑team coordination.
How You’ll Make an Impact
You’ll be responsible for supporting and expanding the creative and production systems that power FLORA’s brand:
Creative Production
- Assist with end‑to‑end production of FLORA’s brand, marketing, and product content — from pull‑ups to editing to final delivery.
- Edit short‑form videos for social, community updates, and launch assets (basic Adobe/DaVinci or willingness to learn).
- Support development and packaging of creative materials: decks, thumbnails, diagrams, workflows, event visuals, and campaign collateral.
- Help maintain quality and consistency across all creative outputs — ensuring brand alignment and polish.
Logistics & Coordination
- Coordinate production timelines and ensure assets move smoothly from concept to review to launch.
- Manage asset organization across Google Drive/Notion/Adobe, ensuring everything is findable, versioned, and clean.
- Support shoot logistics: scheduling, vendor coordination, set prep, gear check, running point on day‑of needs.
- Help organize and support FLORA’s events with creative assets, run‑of‑show support, and on‑site production help.
Cross‑Team Support
- Communicate between Creative, Growth, Product, and Operations to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
- Assist with internal communications: drafting briefs, summarizing project updates, distributing assets.
- Keep creative systems tidy: file hygiene, naming conventions, storage workflows, and documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in production or creative coordination (e.g. small studios, agencies, content‑driven startups).
- A true generalist: comfortable that the day might include editing a video, mocking up a thumbnail, organizing files, and helping run a shoot.
- Strong eye for detail and design; ability to spot inconsistencies and elevate the final polish.
- Tech‑curious and fast‑learning — eager to experiment with AI tools and new creative workflows (FLORA especially).
- Exceptional organization skills; keeps timelines tight and assets immaculate.
- Clear communicator who can manage up, across, and between teams.
- Passionate, purpose‑led, and all‑in. You are obsessed with working towards our vision and spreading it to the world.
- Hustle and work ethic. You are known for going the extra mile(s). You roll up your sleeves and consider no task beneath you.
- Relentless focus on efficiency and effectiveness. You prioritize the highest‑leverage activities that have the highest ROI.
- Ownership mindset. You act like an owner – you have the highest standards of accountability for your work and proactively improve anything you see.
- Nimble. You iterate continuously, execute with an extreme sense of urgency, and dive into new problems & opportunities seamlessly.
- High bar for excellence + low ego. You’re driven to win at the highest level. You seek and welcome feedback, and do what’s best for the company and team.
- Service mentality. You constantly think about how you can serve and provide value to others – customers, partners, and teammates.
- Daring. You bring to life bold, original ideas.
