Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key creative and print operations team members to produce cohesive solutions.
- Translate conceptual designs into polished, production-ready artwork for print and digital platforms, including but not limited to: direct mail, terms & conditions, in-store collateral, packaging, emails, social & digital ads, and website assets.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
- Maintain high standards of quality for mechanicals and prepare deliverables for print and digital production, including file setup, color management, and preflighting.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed, providing guidance and overseeing the production process to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows, processes, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within the creative team.
- Work quickly and efficiently with precision to details, project organization, and timeline.
- Maintain and update library of templates and internal creative assets.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years in print/digital design and print/digital production.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity, innovation, and a strong eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Possess a deep passion and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Ability to receive and implement feedback seamlessly and promptly.
- Highly adaptable, with a willingness to experiment and learn.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements.
- Demonstrate ability to deliver projects to client specifications, within timeline and budget.
- Understanding of print & digital production processes, including color management, file preparation, and print & web specifications and standards.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with FIGMA, JIRA, Google Workspace, DAM/Brandfolder a plus.
