Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist, located in Burlington, NC. The Customer Service Specialist will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
