TEKsystems is currently hiring for REMOTE Member Service Representatives with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Atlanta, GA to start in the Account Services Department.
Position: Member Service Representative (Account Services Department).
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation.
- Provide information regarding the company's products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability, and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.
- Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.
- Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.
- Handle a call volume of 80‑100+ calls daily.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ GED required.
- 1‑2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (call center, collections, banking).
- Ability to work in a fast‑pace, high-volume call center environment.
- Willingness to help others and ability to navigate difficult conversations.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer knowledge and data entry/typing skills.
Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week. Shift times available range between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
- Monday–Saturday, with one rotating off day during the week. Must have 6-day availability.
- Must have a 9.5-hour window of flexibility to be able to work. Schedules are provided two weeks in advance.
Training Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5:30 PM.
- Training is scheduled from February 2nd to April 1st.
Location
Must live within 60 miles of Sandy Springs, GA 30328.
Start Date
February 2nd.

Pay range: $19.50 – $19.50 per hour.
