Client Support Specialist – Financial Services | Entry Level | Columbus, OH

What You’ll Do

• Handle client inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, or services via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate guidance, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions efficiently
• Maintain clear, thorough documentation of all client interactions
• Partner with colleagues and other departments to resolve complex concerns
• Meet key performance metrics and contribute to a positive client experience

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (recent grads welcome)
• 6 months–2 years of relevant experience (internships count!)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Customer service or contact center experience preferred
• Candidates must be located in or near Columbus, OH
