Role: Recruiting Manager (Core Recruiting)

We’re looking for an experienced, high-impact Recruiting Manager to lead and develop our team of Talent Partners — junior recruiters focused on placing GTM roles across our AI and venture-backed client portfolio. This leader will elevate performance, build recruiting muscle, strengthen process discipline, and ensure our teams deliver exceptional results in a fast-moving environment.

This role is ideal for someone who has managed recruiters, understands GTM hiring deeply, and thrives in a high-growth, high-expectation environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Talent Partners.
  • Build recruiting skillsets around sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, messaging, role alignment, and GTM fluency.
  • Run weekly 1:1s, performance reviews, training sessions, and real-time coaching.
  • Foster a culture of speed, accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Recruit, onboard, and integrate new Talent Partners as the team expands.

Operational Excellence

  • Own the day-to-day performance of the Core Recruiting team.
  • Ensure discipline around sourcing, screening, candidate submission quality, and speed to pipeline.
  • Create and refine playbooks, processes, and best practices that increase output and consistency.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to maximize recruiter effectiveness.

Client Delivery Leadership

  • Ensure Talent Partners deliver top-tier GTM candidates for our AI, SaaS, and venture-backed clients.
  • Serve as an escalation point for role alignment, pipeline gaps, or client challenges.
  • Support Senior Recruiters on high-priority searches, urgencies, or strategic resets.
  • Maintain a high bar around candidate experience and professional communication.
  • Partner with the broader Recruiting and Client Success teams to ensure seamless execution across roles.
  • Work closely with Senior Recruiters, Pod Leads, and Client Success to align expectations and drive consistent delivery.
  • Ensure Talent Partners understand nuances of GTM roles (AE, SDR, CSM, RevOps, Demand Gen, etc.).
  • Communicate insights from the field to leadership around market trends, role competitiveness, and hiring patterns.

What You Bring

  • 4–7+ years of recruiting experience, with strong exposure to GTM roles (Sales, SDR, Marketing, CS, RevOps).
  • 2–3+ years leading or mentoring recruiters in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong ability to develop junior recruiters into high-performing contributors.
  • Deep understanding of recruiting fundamentals — sourcing, screening, qualification, storytelling, and closing.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with a track record of managing performance effectively.
  • High EQ, strong communication, and the ability to coach with clarity and empathy.
  • Operates with urgency, ownership, and consistency.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, high-growth company where priorities move fast.
