Craft Recruiting Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Drive national recruiting strategy for craft labor (union & non-union electricians).
• Mentor craft recruiters and align efforts with project manpower forecasts.
• Build pipelines via job fairs, schools, social media, and community outreach.
• Attend job fairs and lead high-volume recruitment campaigns.
• Partner with the union and project leadership on workforce strategy.
• Manage branding, outreach events, and referral programs.
• Ensure compliance, track metrics, and report hiring progress.

Requirements

• 5+ years electrical craft recruiting experience; 1+ year leadership.
• Proven experience staffing large-scale projects (up to 9,000 labor hours).
• Strong knowledge of electrical craft labor market & project cycles.
• Expert sourcing skills; ATS/CRM proficiency.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
